Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! The Silent Banshee’s creations can travel beyond the veil — I currently ship to most international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary by location, so please check your cart at checkout for details. Keep in mind that customs or import fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Are your designs handmade?
- Yes — every design begins as a hauntingly original creation by me, inspired by the eerie and the whimsical. Many items (like artwork, 3D crafts, and reworked décor) are handmade in my studio. For products like t-shirts, blankets, and candles, I partner with a trusted print provider to bring my designs to life on high-quality materials. This allows me to share Silent Banshee creations with more spooky souls around the world while still keeping the artwork authentically mine.
Can I request custom orders?
- In many cases, yes! If you’d like a custom variation of a design, reach out through the Summon Me (Contact) page or Etsy messages. I can’t guarantee every request, but I love working with fellow spooky souls to bring their eerie visions to life.
How long do orders take?
- Processing time is usually 3–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. During busy seasons (Halloween and holidays), please allow extra time for your haunted package to make its way through the mortal postal system.
